Clinic Support Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative functions and general office duties for assigned clinics
• Ensure front desk and aides are appropriately staffed
• Train and onboard staff on all systems and procedures
• Manage employee time cards, PTO reviews, and coverage plans
• Collaborate with therapists and staff to ensure optimal office outcomes
• Act as the primary point of contact for clinic complaints and customer service issues
• Conduct weekly visits and touchbases for 7+ clinics
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Google Suite
• Personal means of transportation for travel between multiple locations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of medical office experience
• Familiarity with EMR systems
• One year of experience in a customer service-oriented role
