About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily clinic operations within the PACE clinic
- Assign duties, mentor nursing staff, and provide clinical guidance
- Manage clinic performance, team coaching, and annual evaluations
- Manage clinic staff schedules to maintain coverage
- Monitor supply levels, vendor management, and facility/equipment issues
- Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards
- Provide clinical care including triage, emergency response, and medication administration
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of California
- Proven ability to lead nursing teams and manage clinic operations
- Experience in staff scheduling, conflict resolution, and mentoring
- Knowledge of clinical quality and compliance standards
- Ability to identify problems and evaluate solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with geriatric population, chronic conditions, and dementia
- Spanish fluency, ideally certified in medical translation
