Clinic Supervisor (RN)

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily clinic operations within the PACE clinic
• Assign duties, mentor nursing staff, and provide clinical guidance
• Manage clinic performance, team coaching, and annual evaluations
• Manage clinic staff schedules to maintain coverage
• Monitor supply levels, vendor management, and facility/equipment issues
• Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards
• Provide clinical care including triage, emergency response, and medication administration

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of California
• Proven ability to lead nursing teams and manage clinic operations
• Experience in staff scheduling, conflict resolution, and mentoring
• Knowledge of clinical quality and compliance standards
• Ability to identify problems and evaluate solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with geriatric population, chronic conditions, and dementia
• Spanish fluency, ideally certified in medical translation
