Clinic Supervisor (RN)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations within the PACE clinic to ensure high-quality, participant-centered care
• Assign duties to clinic staff and provide guidance during shifts
• Manage EMR oversight for appropriate scheduling and documentation
• Provide leadership oversight, performance management, coaching, and mentoring to clinic team members
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing education for RNs, LVNs, and MAs
• Manage clinic schedules to maintain coverage
• Support quality initiatives, audit readiness, and monitoring CAPs
• Monitor supply levels and handle vendor management, supply ordering, and facility/equipment issues
• Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards
• Provide clinical care including nurse triage, emergency response, vaccine/medication administration, and wound care

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted California RN license
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• 2–5 years of experience leading nursing teams and managing clinic operations
• Experience caring for complex geriatric populations with chronic conditions
• Strong knowledge of clinical quality and compliance standards
• Ability to manage schedules and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
