About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop clinic leadership and support teams
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations including front desk and clinical workflows
- Monitor clinic flow and proactively resolve staffing or scheduling bottlenecks
- Track key metrics related to patient experience, schedule utilization, and care margin
- Partner with Medical Directors to optimize care team dynamics and clinical throughput
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare regulatory standards
- Ensure clinic environment is organized, safe, and fully stocked
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare operations or ambulatory care
- Prior experience as a Medical Assistant (MA) or in equivalent clinical support
- 3-5 years of direct people management experience
- Proficiency with EMRs and clinical scheduling tools
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliance
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
