Clinic Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical support and premium hospitality functions to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage administrative core tasks including patient registration, billing accuracy, and insurance coordination.
• Lead patient-facing interactions to provide a five-star hospitality experience and manage VIP requirements.
• Provide operational leadership to Pharmacy and Nursing teams, focusing on scheduling and workflow integration.
• Maintain facility standards by overseeing cleaning crews and barista teams to ensure a luxury aesthetic.
• Coordinate with peer managers across multiple sites to load-balance patient volumes and share resources.
• Design and own master schedules for all direct reports to ensure 100% coverage across all departments.
• Conduct daily facility walkthroughs to ensure compliance with health authority standards and brand guidelines.
• Manage procurement and stock for non-medical inventory.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Healthcare Operations experience.
• Proven experience in multi-site private clinics or luxury medical centres.
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Advanced proficiency in workforce scheduling software.
• Ability to lead in a matrix environment, managing both technical clinical teams and hospitality staff.
• Strong agility to resolve staffing gaps and redirect patient flows in real time.
