About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee the McKinney clinic including implementation and supervision of local policies, finances, and procurement
- Provide counsel to Senior Leadership regarding community, workforce, and financial needs
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of services provided
- Maintain administrative policies and management activities including budget control
- Direct local management teams to carry out policies and procedures
- Ensure adequate staff education, development, and evaluation
- Supervise and evaluate client satisfaction surveys
- Support recruitment and intake efforts through local interviews and tours
- Lead and develop teams to maintain an inclusive and engaging workplace
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of three years in a leadership role within healthcare, education, or childcare
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with patients, clients, and personnel
- Ability to maintain a positive demeanor in a treatment environment
