Clinic Operations Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee the McKinney clinic including implementation and supervision of local policies, finances, and procurement
• Provide counsel to Senior Leadership regarding community, workforce, and financial needs
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of services provided
• Maintain administrative policies and management activities including budget control
• Direct local management teams to carry out policies and procedures
• Ensure adequate staff education, development, and evaluation
• Supervise and evaluate client satisfaction surveys
• Support recruitment and intake efforts through local interviews and tours
• Lead and develop teams to maintain an inclusive and engaging workplace

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of three years in a leadership role within healthcare, education, or childcare
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with patients, clients, and personnel
• Ability to maintain a positive demeanor in a treatment environment
