Clinic Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the execution of business strategies to drive KPI results and achieve sales goals
• Develop strong relationships with partners and clients for new business opportunities
• Customize local clinic marketing and outreach plans in collaboration with Marketing
• Hire, develop, and motivate a high-performing team
• Coach team members and provide regular feedback
• Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including staff training and scheduling
• Oversee physical inventory and forecasting for services and retail
• Ensure consistent clinic operations and adherence to people policies

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in a retail environment
• Proficiency in Retail Math, MS Office Suite, and Outlook
• Ability to work clinic operating hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25lbs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
