Clinic Manager

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and develop a diverse team of veterinary professionals
• Collaborate on hiring and onboarding to ensure skill and cultural alignment
• Own and optimize clinic scheduling to ensure productivity and sustainability
• Manage performance through meaningful feedback and growth opportunities
• Uphold operational excellence and financial health to support high-quality care
• Model a culture of kindness, accountability, and curiosity
• Advocate for the clinic team in broader company conversations
• Provide onsite leadership, jumping in to support the floor or client interactions when needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of people leadership experience
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to manage direct reports and support staff through high-stress client or patient situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience within a veterinary setting
