Clinic Manager

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and develop a diverse team of veterinary professionals
• Collaborate on hiring and onboarding to ensure skill and cultural fit
• Optimize clinic schedules to ensure productivity and sustainability
• Manage performance and provide meaningful feedback to staff
• Uphold operational excellence and financial health to support high-quality care
• Model a culture of kindness, accountability, and humor
• Advocate for the clinic team in broader company conversations
• Provide onsite leadership and support during floor operations and client interactions

Requirements

• 5+ years of people leadership experience
• Ability to work evening and weekend shifts
• Experience managing direct reports and cross-functional teams
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with clients and patients

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a veterinary setting
