Clinic Manager

Responsibilities

• Support clinic providers and work closely with staff and leadership to ensure high-quality patient service
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees
• Manage employee competencies and conduct performance evaluations
• Address employee and customer complaints
• Lead staff meetings and perform process improvements or project work
• Act as a liaison to clinical practice support and other KVH departments
• Oversee successful clinic operations and personnel management
• Maintain Rural Health Clinic status if applicable

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience)
• At least five years of general administrative, clerical, or clinical experience
• At least two years of supervisory experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft products

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical Assistant Certified (MAC) or current Nursing licensure
• Certified Rural Health Clinic Professional (NARHC)
• One year of previous patient care experience
