Clinic Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, financials, and patient experience for a Carbon Health facility
• Implement staffing standards including hiring, training, scheduling, and payroll
• Lead team meetings, resolve conflicts, and foster employee retention
• Partner with the Center Medical Director to monitor clinical excellence and safety standards
• Monitor and control clinic expenditures within approved budgets
• Identify and participate in marketing activities and community events to increase patient volume
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations including HIPAA

Requirements

• 1+ year of healthcare leadership experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving tasks
