Responsibilities

• Hold full leadership accountability for the clinic, including team performance, clinical governance, and operational delivery
• Directly manage the Lead Operator and all clinic doctors through structured 1:1s and performance development
• Act as the primary escalation point for clinical, operational, facility, and team-related issues
• Own clinic KPIs including NPS, CSAT, rebooking rate, and utilisation
• Lead clinical and operational compliance, including CQC readiness and Registered Manager responsibilities
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to lead hiring across all clinic roles
• Remain clinically active on the floor, role-modelling the standard of care and member experience

Requirements

• MRCGP qualified and at least 1 year post-CCT
• At least 6 months of experience with people leadership or operational management
• Previous involvement in leadership activities such as pathway/SOP development, audit, or quality improvement
• Evidence of clinical leadership experience
• Ability to manage clinical and performance conversations constructively
• Proficiency in using feedback data (NPS, CSAT) to drive clinical and operational improvements
