Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Physicians and the Lead Operator through 1:1s, clinical observations, and performance reviews
• Lead clinical hiring in partnership with Talent Acquisition and own onboarding processes
• Translate clinical and operational changes from leadership into clinic workflows and protocols
• Oversee clinic operations including inventory, facilities, hospitality, scheduling, and tech issues
• Track and act on clinic metrics such as rebooking, CSAT, NPS, utilization, and throughput
• Own incident reporting, risk management, and member-concern resolution
• Ensure clinic compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and internal SOPs

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a clinical setting
• Direct management experience of physicians or licensed clinicians
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-growth, startup, or early-stage healthcare environment
