About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead by example by providing clinical and administrative support, including rooming patients, capturing vitals, and assisting providers with procedures.
- Mentor and coach front- and back-office staff to ensure high-quality patient engagement and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Streamline daily clinic workflows and manage essential administrative tasks such as appointment coordination and documentation.
- Resolve patient concerns with professionalism to maintain a positive clinic environment.
- Monitor performance and ensure strict adherence to infection control and standard safety procedures.
- Manage clinic supplies and ensure exam rooms are well-stocked and ready for patient care.
Requirements
- Certified Medical Assistant (MA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an MA or LPN.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to work onsite in a physically active role, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience in a healthcare leadership or team support role.
- Experience working in a pediatric-inclusive setting or across multiple medical specialties.
