Clinic Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations while delivering exceptional patient care
• Support and mentor front- and back-office staff in a team-oriented environment
• Room patients, take vitals, assist providers, and perform clinical tasks
• Coordinate appointments, documentation, payments, refills, and patient support needs
• Resolve patient concerns professionally and help maintain quality standards
• Ensure exam rooms, supplies, and workflows are organized and compliant

Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse preferred
• Current CPR/First Aid certification and valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Minimum 1 year of MA or LPN experience
• Experience with EMRs and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Comfortable working onsite in a pediatric-inclusive healthcare setting

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ months of healthcare leadership or team support experience
• Experience across multiple specialties
• Familiarity with billing platforms and standard clinic equipment
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities independently
