About the role
Responsibilities
- Market the clinic and drive business development
- Lead staff development and mentorship
- Implement and manage new clinical programs
- Review and control clinic financials monthly
- Participate in company-wide decision-making processes
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist with an advanced degree from a CAPTE-accredited program
- Current Michigan Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Active CPR certification
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience in a clinical setting
- Proficiency in EMR platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales, marketing, and business development
- Background in other clinical areas with demonstrated leadership experience
