About the role
Responsibilities
- Treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Hold leadership responsibilities for the clinic
- Enhance company culture through acknowledgment and accountability
- Perform weekly analysis of KPIs to align conditions and Management Action Plans (MAPs)
- Lead, educate, and motivate staff
- Maintain excellent communication with all staff members
- Contribute to marketing efforts and community communication
Requirements
- Currently a Licensed Physical Therapist
- Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Proficiency in orthopedic assessment and treatment
- Leadership experience or capability
