Clinic Director - Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Hold leadership responsibilities and enhance company culture
• Perform weekly analysis of KPIs to align conditions and Management Action Plans
• Lead, educate, and motivate staff members
• Maintain excellent communication with all staff to support professional and personal growth
• Contribute to marketing efforts and communicate with referral sources, patients, and community members

Requirements

• Currently a Licensed Physical Therapist
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Proficiency in orthopedic assessment and treatment
• Leadership experience or ability to manage staff
