Clinic Director - Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and daily operations of a brand-new outpatient physical therapy clinic
• Maintain a patient-focused environment prioritizing high-quality care and communication
• Manage clinic performance including scheduling, productivity, and workflow optimization
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, documentation standards, and organizational policies
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve strategic, financial, and operational goals
• Foster a positive, collaborative clinic culture and mentor clinical staff

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) program
• Current or eligible for Physical Therapist licensure in the State of Washington
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development and clinical excellence
• Proven ability to mentor clinicians and support staff development
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
