Cape Cod Hand & Upper Extremity Therapy is an outpatient rehabilitation practice that specializes in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. As Certified Hand Therapists (CHTs), we have the highest levels of certification in the profession for treating the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and operation of the facility
• Focus on providing quality patient care
• Manage marketing of the facility
• Oversee staff development and clinic care

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited college
• CHT certification
• Hands-on experience required
• Previous staff supervisory responsibility, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
• Current Massachusetts state license
• CPR certification
• Ability to market the clinic
