MeBe is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. Our mission is to empower families, professionals, and communities by educating and training them on evidence-based approaches through play-filled, research-based care across multi-disciplines including ABA, OT and Speech.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of clinical and administrative staff and overall center operations
• Ensure treatment fidelity and client progress through quality assurance checks and clinical observations
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as needed
• Offer ongoing clinical mentorship to ABA Supervisors
• Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration between BCBAs, SLPs, and OTs
• Drive regional performance by executing strategic operational plans and monitoring billable productivity
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, BACB standards, and payer requirements
• Manage site-level budgets and financial planning
• Act as the primary liaison for families to address concerns and ensure satisfaction
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts for clinical and administrative staff
• Drive site growth through community outreach and strategic partnerships

Requirements

• Master’s degree in ABA, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in ABA or a related healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and clinical best practices
• Experience managing teams and operations
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), scheduling software, and billing systems
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
