Clinic Director

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic clinic operations, including therapy quality, operational workflows, and resource allocation
• Drive budget performance and KPI achievement through data-driven decision-making
• Lead, mentor, and empower the Clinical Supervisor and Office Manager
• Build a collaborative and high-performing team culture through coaching and guidance
• Champion a client-centered experience to support family engagement and retention
• Serve as an escalation point for complex client and operational concerns
• Collaborate with regional leadership to align clinic operations with business strategy
• Ensure compliance with HHF policies and all Federal and State regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of operational leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or related industries
• Proven success in managing budgets and leading large, diverse teams
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and strategic planning capabilities
• High emotional intelligence with excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work onsite during designated hours
• Capacity to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
• Comfort working in a clinic environment near young children

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree with equivalent leadership experience
