About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure quality-based services
- Review, supervise, and provide feedback on clinical programs, behavior intervention plans, and assessments
- Provide team-member and regulatory supervision, training, and support
- Coach and mentor BCBAs and RBTs in accordance with company policies
- Establish a culture of accountability and support to ensure clinic success
- Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and labor laws
- Participate in yearly budgeting, monthly P&L reviews, and monitor financial progress
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a BCBA
- Master’s Degree in ABA or a related field
- BCBA Certification and state license (if applicable)
- Previous medical billing and EMR experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
