About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure quality-based services
  • Review, supervise, and provide feedback on clinical programs, behavior intervention plans, and assessments
  • Provide team-member and regulatory supervision, training, and support
  • Coach and mentor BCBAs and RBTs in accordance with company policies
  • Establish a culture of accountability and support to ensure clinic success
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and labor laws
  • Participate in yearly budgeting, monthly P&L reviews, and monitor financial progress

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a BCBA
  • Master’s Degree in ABA or a related field
  • BCBA Certification and state license (if applicable)
  • Previous medical billing and EMR experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
