Responsibilities

• Manage, support, and develop clinicians and interns on staff
• Ensure clinical compliance with accreditation and licensing standards
• Identify and implement new evidence-based programs to support population needs
• Develop training and education programs for local and regional partners
• Manage program budgets and workforce expenses
• Oversee day-to-day operations within the clinic
• Facilitate outpatient programs for Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health conditions
• Assess and diagnose clients using DSM criteria
• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy
• Provide crisis intervention and multidisciplinary team coordination

Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted license in New Hampshire (LICSW, LCMHC, Psy.D., Ph.D., or LMFT)
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with SUDs/MH
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience
• Experience working with Veteran and First Responder populations
• Ability to work a minimum of two evening shifts per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong IOP experience
• Experience creating and launching new IOP programs
• Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) certification
• EMDR certification
