Clinic Assistant

Responsibilities

• Customer handling and reception duties
• Managing phone calls and emails
• Performing administrative tasks including invoicing and insurance settlements
• Assisting veterinarians with clinical work
• Performing laboratory tasks

Requirements

• Over 25 years of age
• Experience with customer service and/or administrative work
• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as invoicing and routine follow-up
• Strong oral and written Norwegian language skills
• Service-oriented mindset with empathy and calm demeanor
• Responsible and willing to learn
• Experience from a veterinary clinic is an advantage but not required
