Clinic Advisor

Responsibilities

• Greet pet parents and provide exceptional customer service at Vetco clinic locations
• Recommend services that best protect the health and well-being of pets
• Assist veterinarians during preventive care visits to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Support the team in a fast-paced, changing environment to deliver a superior customer experience
• Travel to assigned Petco clinic locations within the market as part of the service team

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people and pets
• Ability to work as a reliable team player in a collaborative environment
• Experience or comfort with pet handling (dogs and cats)
• Adaptability to work in changing environments and travel within the local market
• A responsible, accountable, and "can-do" attitude
