About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational oversight for assigned behavioral health clinics or residential-based clinical programs.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational standards, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise, coach, and manage administrative and support staff, including hiring and performance management.
  • Coordinate staffing coverage, scheduling, and space utilization to maintain adequate service levels.
  • Monitor operational performance metrics and participate in budget development and fiscal monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA and risk management practices.
  • Support the resolution of client or family concerns in collaboration with clinical leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, human services, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or residential program operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting licensed behavioral health or residential treatment programs.
  • Experience with budget monitoring, audits, or regulatory compliance.
