Climate Reporting & Assurance Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as audit lead for climate reporting and primary point of contact for external auditors
• Strengthen governance, documentation, and controls around climate data
• Support Group Sustainability in the development of key climate accounting methodologies
• Partner with execution teams to ensure methodologies align with CSRD and GHG Protocol
• Review and analyse reporting outputs
• Contribute to double materiality assessments and methodological alignment across ESG matters
• Support the development and effective use of reporting systems and tools

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, engineering, climate science, or a related analytical discipline
• Solid experience with climate or GHG reporting in a regulated or audit-exposed environment
• Strong practical understanding of CSRD and the GHG Protocol
• Hands-on experience leading or managing audit processes
• Proven ability to develop methodologies, documentation, and controls for assurance
• Experience working in cross-functional setups with multiple data owners
• Structured and detail-oriented approach to data quality and transparency
• Fluency in English
