Clienteling Product Management Intern

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze Maison requests for clienteling product evolutions
• Support the preparation of prioritization ceremonies to define the product roadmap in collaboration with the Senior PO
• Assist the Senior PO, UX/UI, and Technical teams in designing and monitoring the development of new features
• Ensure feature delivery aligns with business requirements
• Monitor and support the resolution of bugs identified by the Maisons
• Collaborate with the Change and Adoption team to maintain up-to-date documentation for end-users
• Propose initiatives and best practices to ensure consistency and end-user satisfaction

Requirements

• Experience in CRM, Clienteling, Client Activation, or the retail sector
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce Service Cloud
• Experience with project planning and ticketing platforms such as JIRA, Monday, or Confluence
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus
• Sensitivity to the luxury and retail sectors
• Mandatory internship agreement from your school or university
• Availability for a 6-month internship starting July 15, 2026

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in product management (ideally as a Product Owner or Proxy PO)
• Agile mindset and strong team spirit
