Clienteling Lead

Responsibilities

• Build strong personalized customer engagement through consistent follow through and relationship building
• Provide customized virtual and in-person styling services
• Maintain and build a book of client business through various outreach methods
• Reach and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs
• Complete all store transactions including purchases, returns, and exchanges
• Process and receive stock transfers
• Organize, maintain, and clean the store and stockroom
• Merchandise the sales floor and open/close the store

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail experience
• 6+ months of leadership experience in a sales-driven environment
• Experience with contemporary apparel or accessory brands
• Connection to Cuyana's "Fewer, Better" philosophy
• Open availability for weekends, evenings, events, and holidays
• Ability to lift 25-30 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending and climbing ladders
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
