Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout of client-facing technology solutions including Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, AV, telephony, and connectivity
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team of consultants and a project manager
- Act as a bridge between Technology, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations
- Support client conversations, proposals, and technical scoping/pricing
- Lead delivery of technology projects such as AV upgrades and network enhancements
- Manage third-party vendors and ensure delivery meets SLA/KPI commitments
- Maintain high-performance, reliable services across all sites
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering client-facing technology in a multi-site environment
- Strong knowledge of Networking & Wi-Fi (e.g. Cisco Meraki, Ruckus)
- Strong knowledge of AV (Teams / Zoom Rooms, Logitech, Yealink)
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, or Customer teams
- Track record of delivering projects across internal teams and suppliers
- Experience leading or mentoring a small team
Preferred Qualifications
- Cisco, Meraki, or Ruckus certifications
- ITIL or PRINCE2 certifications
