Client Technology Advocate

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for technology service provisioning to critical clients and business groups.
• Combine technical and commercial expertise to drive business profitability within the technology solution portfolio.
• Evolve the availability of technology platforms, including the integration of Cloud tenants.
• Optimize technology utilization across internal and external stakeholders in alignment with security and financial goals.
• Partner directly with CIOs and Business Leads to define and execute critical business objectives.
• Advocate for clients by managing and owning the technology change roadmap within the supported scope.

Requirements

• 15+ years of related technical and business experience, preferably in Financial Services or Payments Technology.
• 10+ years of experience managing IT functions across multiple enterprise systems.
• 10+ years of experience working within the ITIL framework and business operations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of emerging technologies in global, high-volume processing environments.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and the ability to influence decision-makers and gain consensus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to work across a global, matrixed organization.
• Expertise in production architecture involving product development, clients, and infrastructure providers.
