Client Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support systems that connect clinicians and staff to Epic software within the Hosting entity
• Deploy new environments and troubleshoot complex system-level issues
• Manage application delivery, automate deployments, and support production systems
• Collaborate with developers, implementation staff, and technical support to design secure and scalable solutions
• Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Epic Hosting by following security policies and procedures
• Escalate potential security incidents and provide relevant information to the appropriate teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, math, physics, MIS, or a hard science preferred
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills
• A history of academic and professional success
• Willingness to travel 1-2 weeks per year
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Ability to relocate to the Madison, WI area (reimbursement provided)
• COVID-19 vaccination
