Client Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Resolve general and complex issues by identifying and addressing root causes.
• Maintain and monitor client relationships to assess strengths and potential areas for improvement.
• Coordinate and support the delivery of services to ensure alignment with client expectations and timelines.
• Maintain accurate client records and regularly update CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for client meetings.
• Monitor client feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Business, International Business, or a similar discipline.
• Customs Certified Specialist (CCS) designation.
• 2-4 years of experience in the Customs Brokerage industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Valid Passport and ability to travel occasionally to other office locations in Canada, the USA, or Mexico.
