About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, respond to, and resolve technical issues and questions raised by sophisticated investors
- Provide hands-on functional and conceptual instruction to ensure client success
- Work with complex data sets to identify and resolve data and calculation discrepancies
- Conduct root-cause analysis in collaboration with Engineering and Data teams
- Evaluate the criticality of client issues and coordinate with Product and Account Management teams to maintain high satisfaction
- Prioritize and context-switch effectively to manage multiple simultaneous cases
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar client support or analytical role
- 1+ years of experience in a client-facing capacity
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
- Strong proficiency in mathematics
- Ability to work the US business day shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in investment management, wealth management, or portfolio management domains
- Proficiency with SQL or Python
