About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, respond to, and resolve technical issues and questions raised by Addepar’s clients
  • Provide hands-on support to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and platform value
  • Work within complex data sets to identify and resolve data and calculation discrepancies
  • Conduct root-cause analysis in collaboration with Engineering and Data teams
  • Evaluate the criticality of client issues and coordinate with Product and Account Management teams
  • Provide functional and conceptual instruction to help clients maximize platform usage

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Proficiency in mathematics
  • Superior communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Passion for problem-solving, technology, and finance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in investment management
