About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, respond to, and resolve technical issues and questions raised by Addepar’s clients
- Provide hands-on support to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and platform value
- Work within complex data sets to identify and resolve data and calculation discrepancies
- Conduct root-cause analysis in collaboration with Engineering and Data teams
- Evaluate the criticality of client issues and coordinate with Product and Account Management teams
- Provide functional and conceptual instruction to help clients maximize platform usage
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role
- Proficiency in mathematics
- Superior communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Passion for problem-solving, technology, and finance
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in investment management
