About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, respond to, and resolve technical and functional issues raised by sophisticated investors
  • Provide hands-on support via email, phone, and Zoom to ensure client success and satisfaction
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify and resolve data and calculation discrepancies
  • Conduct root-cause analysis in collaboration with Engineering and Data teams
  • Evaluate the criticality of client issues and coordinate with Product and Account Management teams
  • Provide functional and conceptual instruction to help clients maximize the value of the platform

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in mathematics
  • Ability to work a 4-day weekend shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in investment management, wealth management, or portfolio management
  • Experience with SQL or Python
