Client Success Specialist - Sustainability Solutions

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and ensure client satisfaction through regular in-person or virtual meetings.
• Provide subject matter expertise for the full ISS STOXX Sustainability product suite, including corporate sustainability ratings, climate research, and regulatory solutions like EU Taxonomy and SFDR.
• Assist clients with technical assistance on online platforms, specifically helping them use DataDesk for report generation, screening, and research.
• Manage client inquiries and issue resolution using Salesforce.com and other internal tools.
• Identify and address risks and opportunities across client accounts to ensure retention and promote growth.
• Communicate market requirements and client needs to internal business leaders in Sales, Product, Research, and Marketing.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles within financial services or sustainability solutions (e.g., consulting or ESG software).
• Strong project and time management skills with a proactive outlook.
• Analytical mindset with solid Excel skills to navigate complex datasets and screens.
• Working knowledge of the responsible investment and sustainability landscape.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience working with ESG data, controversy screenings, or SDG impact measurement.
