Responsibilities

• Respond to customer/client inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and live chat
• Guide new customers through onboarding and platform feature usage
• Assist clients with account opening, verification, and funding processes
• Encourage effective use of platform features in alignment with client needs
• Identify client needs and guide them toward appropriate platform functionalities
• Provide support on trading platform tools and address technical or operational issues
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex cases
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and process improvements

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Economics, or finance-related courses
• Experience in call center, sales support, technical support, or stockbroking preferred
• Familiarity with online trading platforms and financial markets is advantageous
• Proficiency in English and Malay; Chinese/Mandarin is advantageous
• Ability to work assigned shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
