Client Success Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage customer success by responding to user requests and guiding leads through our services via email and website chat
• Provide technical setup support for customers connecting their source code management platforms
• Draft detailed reports based on inspected customer information
• Perform legal drafting and review by preparing written agreements and legal language tailored to client requirements
• Act as a bridge between the company and its customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention

Requirements

• Familiarity with LegalTech concepts
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Proficiency in modern web tools such as Google Docs
• Strong analytical thinking and a proactive attitude
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer success or similar client-facing role
• Experience working with diverse companies across various industries and sizes
