Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, multi-channel support to clients across different segments
• Support client retention by providing accurate guidance and practical insights
• Identify and share relevant trends and observations with internal teams to influence product roadmaps
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues effectively
• Apply a solution-oriented approach to identify root causes of issues
• Adhere to CX Charter, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
• Handle escalations professionally with clear communication and documentation
• Conduct layer-1 trade investigations and validations

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in fintech
• Native or near-native Italian (written and spoken)
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work on rotating evening and weekend shifts
• Must have appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Cyprus
