About the role
Responsibilities
- Own client relationships for a portfolio of large accounts in Germany throughout the client life cycle
- Build trusting relationships with HR, Procurement, and C-level contacts
- Develop client-specific growth strategies to meet objectives
- Drive initial client launches and ongoing strategic awareness events
- Implement best practice workflows and suggest member growth strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, and Business Development
- Analyze client data to develop tailored communication and engagement strategies
- Manage the commercial agenda, including renewals, expansions, and contract renegotiations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in a client-facing position
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end contract negotiations for renewals and upsells
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency in monitoring data and analyzing reports
- Ability to improve processes and manage change in a fast-moving environment
