Client Success Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key liaison for Commercial Bank clients, managing relationships and coordinating product implementations.
• Partner with Commercial Bankers and Treasury Management Officers to execute business development and retention strategies.
• Manage and resolve client escalations and issues, mobilizing internal resources to deliver solutions.
• Coordinate project management for large client implementations, migrations, and service-related needs.
• Contribute to strategic client reviews, long-term planning, and relationship management routines.
• Assist in the onboarding of new clients by coordinating with KYC and Client Data Management teams.
• Support sales efforts by participating in RFPs and client pitches to demonstrate service value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Client Services, or Sales Support.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Products and Services.
• Proven ability to manage client expectations and resolve complex problems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Experience using collaboration tools such as WebEx or Zoom.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including IT, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
• PMP or other Project Management certifications.
• Ability to provide quantifiable management reporting.
