- Maintain proactive relationships with an assigned portfolio of large-sized clients
- Develop scalable success plans aligned with client business goals
- Monitor and analyze client usage to identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess progress and adjust strategies
- Identify and execute strategies to increase subscriber growth and MRR
- Collaborate with sales and wellbeing engagement teams to maximize client success
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or client success in the B2B technology market
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and client communication platforms
- Fluent English (oral and written)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the wellness or health-related technology sector
- Knowledge of digital marketing and growth hacking strategies
