Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of Core Accounts using standardized engagement campaigns
  • Monitor account health and respond to support inquiries
  • Execute adoption campaigns and proactive check-ins to maintain satisfaction
  • Identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities through standardized programs
  • Promote additional SpotOn solutions to increase adoption
  • Partner with internal Product, Implementation, and Support teams
  • Maintain accurate account records and engagement metrics using dashboards

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • 1 year of professional experience in customer success or related roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume client accounts
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HUB, Tableau, or Metabase

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech or SaaS environments
