Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Core Accounts using standardized engagement campaigns
- Monitor account health and respond to support inquiries
- Execute adoption campaigns and proactive check-ins to maintain satisfaction
- Identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities through standardized programs
- Promote additional SpotOn solutions to increase adoption
- Partner with internal Product, Implementation, and Support teams
- Maintain accurate account records and engagement metrics using dashboards
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- 1 year of professional experience in customer success or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage high-volume client accounts
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HUB, Tableau, or Metabase
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech or SaaS environments
