About the role
Responsibilities
- Onboard mid-market clients to products and tools
- Manage and implement integrations
- Deliver insightful metrics to ensure renewal and growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to expand client revenue and drive upsells
- Teach clients how to use external facing applications and software
- Communicate product enhancements and company learning events to clients
Requirements
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to read and analyze data to make decisions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce and ChurnZero
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex processes in a simplified way
- Proactive problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or relevant experience
- Experience supporting mid-market level clients to drive engagement, loyalty, and retention
- Strong selling skills using data insights to promote product value
