About the role

Responsibilities

  • Onboard mid-market clients to products and tools
  • Manage and implement integrations
  • Deliver insightful metrics to ensure renewal and growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to expand client revenue and drive upsells
  • Teach clients how to use external facing applications and software
  • Communicate product enhancements and company learning events to clients

Requirements

  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to read and analyze data to make decisions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce and ChurnZero
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex processes in a simplified way
  • Proactive problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or relevant experience
  • Experience supporting mid-market level clients to drive engagement, loyalty, and retention
  • Strong selling skills using data insights to promote product value
