Client Success Officer

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and their support networks to understand individual goals, service needs, and funding arrangements
• Monitor client experience, satisfaction, and retention trends to identify risks and opportunities
• Analyse client data and funding utilisation to provide insights for retention strategies and service optimisation
• Act as a key point of coordination to resolve client concerns regarding service, billing, or contract-related issues
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve client journeys and service delivery practices

Requirements

• Experience working in client services, customer success, or similar service-based functions
• Ability to understand and interpret client plans, funding arrangements, or service delivery requirements
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and improve outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong professional relationships
