Client Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships for a portfolio of large accounts throughout the client life cycle
• Lead client meetings and communications both virtually and in person
• Develop client-specific growth strategies to meet objectives
• Drive initial client launches and ongoing strategic relaunch events
• Analyze client data and share findings to increase user engagement
• Manage the commercial agenda including renewals, expansions, and contract renegotiations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Operations, Marketing, and Business Development

Requirements

• Experience managing client relationships in a client-facing position
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and solve problems creatively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Proficiency in monitoring data and analyzing reports
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Portuguese is a plus
