About the role
Responsibilities
- Own client relationships for a portfolio of large accounts throughout the client life cycle
- Lead client meetings and communications both virtually and in person
- Develop client-specific growth strategies to meet objectives
- Drive initial client launches and ongoing strategic relaunch events
- Analyze client data and share findings to increase user engagement
- Manage the commercial agenda including renewals, expansions, and contract renegotiations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Operations, Marketing, and Business Development
Requirements
- Experience managing client relationships in a client-facing position
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and solve problems creatively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency in monitoring data and analyzing reports
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Portuguese is a plus
