Client Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned health plan and insurance company partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders and decision-makers
• Lead weekly and bi-weekly client meetings to review performance and address concerns
• Manage all client communications, ensuring prompt responses and proactive follow-up
• Develop, analyze, and present reports tailored to client needs and operational objectives
• Monitor key performance indicators, conversion metrics, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Manage member-level escalations and complex client issues through resolution
• Partner with Intake, Enrollment, Operations, Quality Assurance, and Compliance teams
• Travel regularly to New York for client meetings and business development activities

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Healthcare Operations
• Experience working with health plans, insurance companies, or managed care organizations
• Knowledge of Medicaid, MLTC, MAP, D-SNP, or Medicare Advantage preferred
• Demonstrated success managing high-level client relationships and executive stakeholders
• Strong analytical abilities and experience working with reports and metrics
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to travel regularly to New York for client meetings
